Apple has releases iTunes 7.2 featuring iTunes Plus.
This feature allows you to pay a little more ($1.29), but download songs with higher quality (256Kbps AAC) and no DRM. Catalog has releases by Paul McCartney, Coldplay, Frank Sinatra, the Rolling Stones, Gorillaz and Norah Jones.
